Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all Accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
Before processing your first withdrawal, MrBayar88 requires completion of identity verification (KYC). The following documents are required: (a) a clear copy of a valid Malaysian identity document — MyKad, Driver's Licence, or valid Passport; (b) proof of residential address — a utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas/Air Selangor, or similar) or bank statement dated within three calendar months; (c) a selfie photograph holding your identity document. Documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and in a supported format (JPG, PNG, or PDF).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. MrBayar88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security. You must notify MrBayar88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of your Account.
Accounts with no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months are considered dormant. MrBayar88 may charge an administrative inactivity fee on dormant accounts as permitted under applicable gaming regulations. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact our support team.
All transactions on the MrBayar88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). MrBayar88 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to additional limits set by your payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX — typically 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire — typically 15–60 minutes. All processing times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or maintenance windows. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
Withdrawals will only be approved where: (a) the Player's KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit; (d) the Account is in good standing with no outstanding compliance reviews or fraud investigations.
For anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, withdrawal payments will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. MrBayar88 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests to payment methods not previously used for deposits.

MrBayar88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, referral bonuses, and loyalty tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:
Promotions are available to eligible Players who have a verified Account in good standing. MrBayar88 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion, including where the Player has previously engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus credits and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the automatic forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion page. MrBayar88 reserves the right to modify game contribution rates with notice to Players.
Systematic exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes bonus abuse. Where MrBayar88 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
MrBayar88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, MrBayar88 will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in for that Player.
All games offered on the MrBayar88 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the specific game, and these Terms shall prevail in relation to all other matters.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MrBayar88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

Where an Account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, MrBayar88 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is ultimately established, the balance will be released. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Where no outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions exist, the available Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MrBayar88's total liability to any Player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
